The shipment of the orders  is carried out by:
         – to  Bulgaria, Greece and Romania;

          Priority Air mail or  economy Courier services – to EU and Balkans countries;

          Priority Air mail – to all non-EU counties;


IMPORTANT NOTES:

         We don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes;

        • All items will only be shipped to the shipping address filled in during your registration process. Please make sure your address is correct  and there is an access to it;

        In case the clients could not be found / accessed at the delivery address, the Shipper shall leave a Notification about the parcel availability in defined Post Station/Courier Office. The Client has 10 working days to obtain it, otherwise ordered goods shall be resend to ModelSvit Balkans and the order shall be cancelled. In that case ModelSvit Balkans have rights to withhold order payment as a penalty

        Import duty and taxes are buyer's responsibility;

        • The delivery term covers technical/handling processing of the orders and the transit shipping time (defined above). The handling process usually takes 1-2 day, as from the date of order payment validation, which should be done by Modelsvit Balkans in written and send to your mail. Usually the transactions via Credit/debit cards are registered momently, but the bank transfers take up to 2-3 working days.  In that regard, if in that term you wouldn't have any payment confirmation, please contact us via the online Contact form, or  reach directly our Customer Service Department by the following email: customerservice@modelsvit-eshop.com;

        • There is a probability for extended handling period to 5 working days during the period of seasonal sales. If such a case, ModelSvit Balkans shall notify you in advance via email or by Announcement in the News section of the e-shop;

        • Rarely, the shipment of the order could be performed in two sets. In that case, if the order doesn't cover the free delivery conditions, the client shall pay only the first shipping and handling charges, meanwhile the other shipping costs shall be on ModelSvit Balkans account;

        • ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. reserves the right to make changes in the terms of free delivery for the e-shop.

We are pleased to propose you the following payment options:


        1. By Credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro). Please note, that ModelSvit Balkans has no access to your personal card details and that the payment is made via encrypted and secured channel of your card issuing Organization. At the moment of transfer the order invoice amount (in EUR, USD) shall be converted in our local currency BGN, based on the official exchange rate of Bulgarian National Bank, acceptable deviation +/- 0.2%. Current exchange rate set in is 1.96 BGN =1 EUR,  1.72 BGN=1 USD;


        2. By bank transfer to our account in BGN (for local orders) or in EUR (for International and EU orders). This method is applicable for:

             - Payments of local orders (from Bulgaria) having invoice amount over 10 BGN (VAT included). 
             - Payments of international orders, having invoice amount over 300 EUR (VAT excluded) and all bank charges being on customer’s expense.

NOTE: In case the payment is not received within 3 working days after the date of order acceptance, we shall cancel the order.


        3. PayPal - It is necessary for you to be a registered user in the system of PayPal, and to make a payment of the related invoice amount via your registered debit/credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) or microaccount to our PayPal account sales@modelsvit-eshop.com

Our client is entitled to refuse receipt of the purchased goods and to return them within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
Prior sending of the goods back to the Modelsvit Balkans, the customer have to exercise his right for cancellation and return in written, sending a request to our Customer Service Department at: customerservice@modelsvit-eshop.com, together with the following info:  order ID number, copy of the invoice/ bill of lading, full name, contact telephone, personal bank /paypal account (on which invoiced amount has to be refunded by ModelSvit Balkans).
Please take into consideration that Modelsvit Balkans shall accept only returned goods, which are non-used, in good condition, serviceable, have original packing, and accompanied by the original documents, issued by ModelSvit Balkans Ltd, such as Invoice and bill of lading. The return of the products is at the expense of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in written between him and Modelsvit Balkans LTD.
Rarely, ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. can accept related to the return - shipping costs on its account, in a gesture of a good will.  In that case, the client shall be notified which courier/postal services have to be used for the goods return, while randomly selected courier service by the Client is not acceptable.

The Usual deadline for refurbishment of the goods price (including shipping and handling fees) is 14 days from the date on which the Customer has declared in writing his right to return the goods, but not earlier than the receipt of returned goods by ModelSvit Balkans Ltd and their acceptance in accordance with previous article.

  • Claims Registration

In case that the supplied goods does not meet the client's request (ordered nomenclature) or they have manufacturing defects, the Customer has the right to state a claim. This could be done, by sending us the fulfilled Claim application blank on email: customerservice@modelsvit-eshop.com, together with a scanned copy of the invoice/payment check and pictures (if applicable), illustrating the claimed discrepancy or defect. If throughout 3 working days after that act, there is no written notice from us confirming the registration of your claim and its registration number, please contact ModelSvit Balkans on the telephone +359 32 397 069 and required it.

In those cases, when upon delivery, the Customer has found the packaging of the goods to be damaged or torn due to improper transportation, the claim must be laid only in the presence of the courier/shipping operator. It is necessary to contact us immediately on tel.: +359 32 332 620, and to refuse acceptance of the goods, putting remarks into related Bill of lading.

Within 14 calendar days from the date of registration of the claim, ModelSvit Balkans will consider it and will notify the Customer in writing about its decision, together with related reasons and grounds. If the claim is accepted, we shall propose to the Customer the following ways of resolving the issue:

• Replacement of the wrong delivered goods with those, specified in written in its order;

• Replacement of the defect products with the new ones;

• Replacement of the defect parts /components/ items;

• Partial compensation in form of an additional discount from the price of the defective product, accepted by both Parties;

• Full compensation of the purchase cost (invoice amount) in case that:

        - The claim is registered within two years from the date of purchase, but not later than two months from the establishment of the defect or non-compliance;
        - All conditions of the web-store and related applicable National and International laws and regulations are met;
        - Costs associated with exchange of goods other than the invoiced ones (kit prices plus shipping and handling fees), such as bank commissions or other expenses (import, export duties), shall be on Customer’s expense.

*NOTE: All transportation costs, connected with the products exchange, shall be at the expense of ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. In that case, the shipments have to be made only by appointed by us courier/post operator. Usage of random chosen courier by the Customer is not accepted.


Please take into account that ModelSvit Balkans Ltd has all legal rights to refuse consideration and acceptance of complaints and claims in case of:

• Absence of evidence of ownership/purchase of the goods (subject of the claim) from ModelSvit Balkans Ltd;

• Claim registration from 3rd party, which is not an Owner, neither Buyer of the products;

• The products, subject to claim, are used, have damaged packing, or are completely scrapped;

• Proven improper usage of the goods;

• Appearance of the defects due to improper treatment of the products with substances not listed in their manuals/instructions;

• Occurrence of defects due to improper storage - prolonged storage under direct sunlight, exposure to sources of artificial light, exposure to heat and/or cooling, storage in humidity above 70% and outside temperature +35°C / +5°C;

• Appearance of the defects, after the goods delivery and their acceptance by the Customer (after the transfer of Ownership);

• Client’s refusal to return all products, subject of the claim;

• Claim’s statement, made later than 2 months after the defects/non-compliances are found;

• Claim’s statement, made later than 2 years after  the date of purchase.

“www.modelsvit-eshop.com” is a website for electronic trade-selling and delivery of the ordered goods on behalf of ModelSvit Balkans Ltd.

  • ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. via “www.modelsvit-eshop.com” has the right to change the costs under its own decision without prior notice;

  • The user is obliged to pay the price that has been actual during the time he ordered the item. The notice for the discount of the goods appears after placing the new cost below the old one while the last one is crossed out;

  • When there is a lack of stock of an ordered item ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. via “www.modelsvit-eshop.com” notifies the Customer about it by sending a notice to the specified from the Customer e-mail or telephone number within one working day after receiving the order;

    In case the payment of the order is made via debit/credit card, then the announce price in  EUR or USD (by Customer’s choice) shall be automatically converted in BGN ( local currency of the site owner), based on the exhange rate of the Bulgarian National bank,  1 EUR=1,96 BGN, 1USD=1,72 BGN;

  • The handling and shipping charges are announced in the product page or in the shopping basket upon order’s finalization. The fees amount is stated in EUR or USD (by Customer’s choice);

  • The VAT will not be charged on the total amount of the orders (incl. product price plus handling and shipping fees) on:

    • orders shipped to countries outside the European Union

    • orders to VAT registered companies outside Bulgaria, but within the European Union.

1. ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. is obliged to:

  • confirm the availability of the ordered goods or cancel the purchase within 3 working days;

  • deliver the goods within the term specified in the delivery information and payment of goods;

  • During seasonal sales it is possible the delivery term to be extended but not more than 1 working week;

  • check for roadworthiness before sending any goods (if this is possible without damaging the packing);

  • guarantee that all items are factory new (unused!), except when the opposite is expressly named in representation of the goods in the website;

2. The Customer is obliged to:

  • write his three names, accurate and valid telephone number, address for delivery and e-mail (in case he/she is a private person);

  • write full company name, VAT No, ID No, valid telephone number, address for delivery and e-mail (in case it is a Company);

  • pay the order price according to the conditions described in the delivery information and payment for goods;

  • pay the handling and shipping fees, according to the conditions described in the delivery information and payment for goods;

  • to pay related customs clearance costs and local taxes, if such are applicable upon delivery;

  • to ensure access and possibility for receiving the goods;

    The declared goods are delivered on the address indicated by the Client during the specified term in the information for delivery and payment for goods.

  • The order is delivered properly packed according to the kind and the delivery transport. When receiving the items the Customer or third party signs the documents with it. Third party is anyone else who is not the titular of the application but accepts the delivered goods and is on the indicated by the customer address. It is possible the delivery to be partly executed during seasonal sales.

  • In case of cancellation to receive the order, the cancellation is considered unfounded and the Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods,  except in the cases below.

  • The Customer is obliged to compensate ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. for all the damages and lost profits, including all kinds of other costs beside the delivery costs and returning the goods due to cancellation. In case when the Customer could not be found in the term of delivery on the indicated address or access for receiving the good in the term is not provided, ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. is not obliged to deliver the purchased goods. The Customer may confirm his desire to receive the order after the expiration date for delivery, when he was not on the address and is responsible for the delivery cost. In this case respectively begins a new delivery term from the moment of confirmation.

  • The Customer has the right to cancel the purchased goods when they are delivered under one of the following conditions:

    • the delivered goods apparently does not correspond to the ordered ones and this could be checked by a common review;

    • if there is a discrepancy between the purchased goods and the delivered ones, and it was not possible to determine at the time of delivery

    • The customer has the right to state a return of size or goods in his initial order. In this case is necessary to inform us in writing (via e-mail) or oral (via telephone) in term not longer than 14 days.

    • The customer has the right of returning the received goods without owing any compensation or default and without any reason. The returning is acceptable under the following terms:

    • the request for return is submitted in writing on the indicated form ModelSvit Balkans LTD corresponding e-mail, in term not longer than 14 days beginning from the day after receiving the goods. The request must contain customer's personal bank account on which the payment to be refund.

    • the goods are in good commercial look, original packed, wirh original labels and documents issued by ModelSvit Balkans LTD- invoice, cash bound, guarantee card (if has been issued)

    • the Customer coordinates with ModelSvit Balkans LTD agent the address at which the goods will be received

    • the Customer is responsible for all costs connected with the transportation of the goods to the indicated by the ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. address.  ModelSvit Balkans LTD reserves the right not to refund the cost from the customer in term of disturbed one or other conditions for the goods return.

  • ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. via “www.modelsvit-eshop.com” takes the Customer's personal data as paramount, known from the electronic form for making the request application. This obligation voids if the Customer has submitted false data.

  • At adherence of the functioning legislation and the clauses of the current Conditions, ModelSvit Balkans LTD can use the personal data of the Customer only for the purposes provided in the contract.

  • ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. via “www.modelsvit-eshop.com” has the right to use the data for offering the Customer goods and/or services about promotions, sending greetings, organizing tombolas, questions about statistics and all kinds of other legitimate purposes except in case of expressly dissent of the named, sent on the following e-mail:customerservice@modelsvit-eshop.com

    • had received written consent of the Customer

    • the information is required by government authorities or officials who are authorized to require and gather this information according to the existing legislation;

ModelSvit Balkans LTD via “www.modelsvit-eshop.com” is not responsible for defaults under this contract to the occurrence of these circumstances that ModelSvit Balkans LTD via “www.modelsvit-eshop.com” did not provide - including, but not only, cases of insuperable force, random events, problems in the social net of Internet and for providing the services out of the control of ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. via “www.modelsvit-eshop.com”.

Аll disputes between the parties are solved amicably and with good will. In case of disagreement all unsolved disputes caused by the contract between the parties or concerning it, including disputes caused or concerning its interpretation, invalidity, execution or cancellation and also disputes about filling gaps in the contract or its adjustment to new circumstances, will be resolved by the competent court of registration of ModelSvit Balkans Ltd. under the Bulgarian Law.
